For ABC to use "serious" as description, I fear the worst for these two men. Were others injured or killed in this attack?

The U.S. military headquarters in Baghdad confirmed that the ABC News team was involved in an attack but declined to provide further details to The Associated Press. An official military statement was expected to be issued later Sunday.

Apparently, they were in an Iraqi convoy, with the 4th infantry division, and had just moved into an Iraqi vehicle, were filming, with their heads out of the turret, when the vehicle hit the IED, which was followed by small arms fire.

They are probably the most injured because they were the most vulnerable with their heads up, and any other injuries would likely be Iraqi soldiers here, because it was their vehicle.

"Head Injuries" and "Serious" in the same sentence are not good. I also fear the worst, but I may be wrong. Regardless of his slant, he is an American injured in a war zone. I pray for his recovery and the recovery of those injured with him.
