ABC began their new campaign after Jennings has died to move anchors around from place to place and go to places where news is being made to have the anchor broadcast from there.
Just last night I heard their commercial touting this, how they have this fellow, who's now been injured, and a woman who co-anchors in different places, depending on what the important news story is.
This is a gimmick and a ploy to set them apart from others who anchor from New York or DC. It is marketing.
