I get pretty sick of it too, Carolyn. Ticks me off also that the Republican Senators didn't remind viewers that it was Republicans who overwhelmingly voted for the Civil Rights Act, not democrats.

I told a black friend of mine that last year and she didn't believe me. I had to go find the back up and prove it to her and then she never admitted that she even got the information. LOL

Amazing, isn't it, how dems always manage to get the credit for what Republicans have done for minority rights. Maybe they should teach real history in schools instead of revisionist history.

Funny you should mention that. See this article by Mason Weaver pinged out by our mhking: Hillary Clinton is an expert on “The Plantation!”. It goes way beyond the Civil Rights Act. A fascinating summary most worthy of a bookmark.
