Possibly so, but she did write the decending opinion. O'Reilly gave her kudos on his show about it. Right before he went into some rant about how now he can marry some hot triplets.

O'Reilly is really strange/hostile/rude/inappropriate in his verbal interactions on his radio program with Lise and E.D. However, O'Reilly really brought the controversial Vermont Judge and his "sentence" of a child rapist to national public attention and scrutiny.
