Lemon may suck, but for this ID thing to get off the ground, it has to go away entirely. Daubert is no help to ID, since questions like "testability" and "peer review" don't generally work in favor of ID. You may see some movement, but there's a whole glacier that needs to move, nevermind this one iceberg.

I think it is a close case myself, very close, since the admonition sticker is selective as to which textbooks it is placed on. And there you have it.
