Biden went the Pali elections. And several must be at the Davos economic conference. But why does all that come before their primary job as being a Senator and available to vote?
They ought to have their salaries withheld until they come back to work.

Specter says we've got other important business to attend to, and it's all been said about Alito, so let's get on with it. Reid is saying the Dems have more speakers---tomorrow---and he doesn't want to be pinned down.
This is a stall maneuver, not even a pretense of being otherwise.
