Based on a blog that was linked on the Alito Hearings thread last night, I pulled out the ones that haven't committed and their status in '06. I was curious as to how many were up for re-election this year, so did a little research and added it (and a few other personal comments). Perhaps with no surprise, many are up for re-election and a few are retiring (and/or have a few other issues (that I'm aware of). (sorry the formatting isn't better).
