Well, as I said, it is Common Tator's theory, and I was simply putting it up for consideration and comment.

For all I know, McConnell could be running everything behind the scenes, in preparation for when he runs for leader in January of next year.

As I said, I don't care as long as things get done. I don't want the old Lott, however. I want the Lott who has learned his lesson.

We will know soon enough. It's up to the senators, after all.

I think you were the one that questioned me the other night, Howlin, when I agreed with Common Tator...re: his theory about Lott...

I can't remember offhand what the question was that you pointed out...and I changed on...but, his THEORY, if you go back a recall all of the secretiveness surrounding the Gang of 14...when they first go together...

PLUS, put Lott's speeches in the last few months together...and you get a Lott that sounds like a "leader" now..rather than a "displaced leader"...

This may come close to tin foil hat stuff, LOL...but, dang..there is just so much time spent on quorum calls and such.....and then when the Senators come to floor...it seems like we are left scratching our heads..

because there are twists and turns that we are never privy to.

I just wanted to say this, because I know the Miss Marple is just repeating what we were posting the other night..and is NOT responsible for any LOOPY theory...LOL
