I'll put the '67 up against it any day. Looks, class, and speed. Th C6 can't touch it and would eat dust.

Possibly, however, I have modded mine just a wee bit. :-)

600Hp close to 500ft/lbs of torque, .28 drag coefficient, re-calibrated computers. Would be an interesting race.

I do like the looks of the C6 over all of the previous ones. The exposed Xenon HIDs rock IMHO. Also mine is a limited edition Lemans Blue. :-)

You modified a late model emissions controlled car? The HORROR! You are now a criminal, poisoning the world and destroying the environment, what about the children? If you read my earlier comments you will see that I have given up on the myth that all growth ("Progress"?) is good, Gov. knows best, and newer is always better. When we had a smaller, mostly rural, population, we had a LOT more freedom. Many of the abusive and overreaching laws we have to contend with today had not even been conceived, let alone enacted. This applies to virtually every area of our lives, jobs, housing, product design, education, etc. Too much of it can be traced to our population increasing too quickly, and becoming so rapidly urbanized. This brought on the demand that Gov. Org. "fix" the resulting problems, which they mostly did by creating agencies restricting our former freedoms. Just imagine what sort of performance your 'Vette might have if the design were not compromised by overbearing regulations.
