Did Frist or anyone ask for a cloture vote yet??

Because if they haven't...these dems will be back again and again...

and they WANT this to be a "problem" for Bush and his SOTU speech..

No. It's too early to do that. Cloture motions are apprpriate when it becomes impossible to get consent to vote, even after an appropriate amount of debate. At this point there has only been a couple hours of debate, and lots of Senators still have their "piece" to say.
