Kennedy has run the gammet. Alito is going to be in the pocket of the repubs. Will roll back 1964 civil rights acts. Hates poor people, minorities, and people of no standing. Will not PROTECT individual rights. Has done a lousy job in his current position yada yada yada.....

Yesterday, Feingold said that when Alito was asked if the President ordered a murder, would that be legal---Alito had nothing to say against it.

IMO Feingold should have been disciplined for this, but nothing came of it.
