Haven't turned on the T.V. yet but I am fixing to. Just got back from a walk with my neighbor, a committed Democrat. She said "Well, I guess Alito is going to be confirmed" and I said, "Yeah, I hope, I hope" and she shocked me by saying she could not believe that Teddy Kennedy had the nerve to say all those things about Alito because he (Kennedy) and his family have done so many immoral things....so maybe there is hope for some Dems afterall.
Did he just actually say, Alito only mentioned existing cases, and wouldn't give his upcoming decisions to the committee???
