Would meeting with her accomplish anything? Justice Sandra Day O'Connor ruled for the left many times and they reward her by dragging things out longer than needed. This whole thing could have been done months ago, even with the justice Roberts appointment. In case anyone forgot, Justice O'Connor announced her desire to retire in June due to her husband's poor health.
