I was thinking that I saw it at COSTCO, but I didn't. It was at one of those discount book stores, where they sell old books that were probably returned to the publisher. But this book must have had a reprint, to even be at the discount store.
It had to be in the 70's when I read it. Doctorow is full of hot air, IMO.
