Not really. All the vote isn't in yet. The Ontario vote is only 2 or 3 points off the 4-poll average, for example.

The Ipsos poll predicted Liberals taking around 60 seats, same as BQ, and Cons at 140+. What has happened, apparently, is that left-leaning voters got frightened of an outright Tory majority and switched from NDP to Lib. at the last minute. The silent switch.
