Consider it over. It's not going to change much from the current
picture which will see the Conservatives with +/- 125 seats vs the
Libs with +/-105 seats (Bloc with +/-50 seats, NDP with +/-30 seats)

Its a little closer than we hoped but its still pretty good. The Conservatives now represent French as well as English Canada and they are a truly national party. Something the Liberals are not.
