The Prime Directive of the Iranian Air Force in case of attack is..."hide the salami."

alos known under the name "salami tactics"...

After one or several nukes then what? Scripture says, "Those days will be cut short", and it's looking more like those days will soon be upon us. I guess one could say they are all ready here.

I feel for the civilians, but we've have to do what we have to do.

This is going to be really, really bad. Could be. If it comes to war, the immediate use of overwhelming force is the only thing standing between us and the overnight dismantling of everything we see about us. Our personal daily routines can easily become disrupted permanently, which we all know, but this can also happen to all at once--nationwide and worldwide. If the war goes on for any length of time others will be drawn in and that will change everything suddenly, massively, and forever.

Brigadier General Hossein Salami - I swear, these guys must write for Mad Magazine or SNL!
Bring on the Saliami Air Force, Daddy's got him a brand new knife - US Air Force, largest distributors of MiG parts in the world.... Wonder if there will be any Russian 'volunteers' to help out these nut cases.
We'll wait to see what the Ides of March bring.

---Now, America knows that Muslims with their desires for martyrdom have discovered a new technology and are capable of technological production. This has made [the U.S.] fear them, Salami was quoted as saying by the state-run news agency ISNA.---

I think you all should relax.
Over-the-top comments like those coming out of Iran are meant for one thing, to test the international response, and grow internal moral among those who might otherwise fear that the U.S and Israel are about to blow them to bits.
The only time to fear an enemy is when they are not talking trash. Iran wants us to believe that they are ready to launch a Nuke, when they clearly are not ready. They want to create conditions that will raise global oil prices, something they have not been able to accomplish through OPEC.
This is nothing but the loud bully on the school bus, who has not yet been punched in the mouth.

What's the motto of this parallel Air Force (imagine a war with 2 branches of everything1), Hit Me With Your Next CrasH? And that's some incentive to fly with this bozo--Fly with us and be a martyr..LOL
To: axes_of_weezles
Dagnabbit, you beat me to it... "hide the salami".
Salami, with nary an iota of air power experience mentioned, will head the Iranian AF. Background in asymmetrical warfare. I suppose such experience can be applied if Iranian air assets are to be used for suicide missions.
This guy was rewarded for parroting rhetoric. I feel even better about outcomes vs. these guys.

Not a chance. Furthermore I don't think you'll see any deployment of advanced Russian air defence systems. Ther Russians would not like it exposed that their systems are ineffective against us.
