Correct. We have not observed macro evolution. And the Vatican doesn't clarify their statements as to whether they support macro evolution or are just acknowledging micro evolution which is what evo's hide behind.
The whole evolution matter is a waste of time and energy. Evolution will not save a person from rotting in hell. Only faith in Jesus Christ can prevent that. That is what is important.
