All they do is slam a lid on the boiling kettle and see that their sons,daughters,nieces and nephews etc, get a steady taxpayer paycheck for years of paper pushing.
After a while when the heat dies down and it no longer really matters, and people forget all about the scandal, then like this one ten years later they show up with nothing.
I figure this U.N. oil scandal ought to be good for a number of years and a hundred million or so.
