Are there copies of those tapes available for sale somewhere? Some are probably in the Congressional Record, are there others?

This is the website for the National Center for Constitutional Studies which Cleon Skousen founded. I am not sure who runs it now but family members are probably involved. The NCCS was previously named the Freeman Institute. You might be able to find info using that search term also.
I worked for Cleon Skousen back in about 1987. He was such a wonderful example in every way. I learned so much from him. I feel privileged to say that I am a conservative because of him. My signed copy of the Making of American is priceless to me.
