They have done everything you say and more. All they need to do now is get rid of us. Why would they wait 20+ yrs? They may be patient, but I don't believe they will pass up their opportunity when it comes.
I didn't meant that they would wait that long...I meant that their assessment of the situation predicts that a confrontation is inevitable at some point between now and then.
