With all due respect to Mr. Gray, that was one of the most meandering, boring, tendentious diatribes of the morning.

If the Dems are going to invite witnesses to speak to matters that have absolutely no bearing on Judge Alito's worthiness to sit on the SC, then you think they would at least ask a riveting speaker-like Joseph Lowery-to testify.

Was their game plan prior to these hearings to suck?

Because if it was, they're doing a splendid job of fulfilling that objective.

Amazing. Alito hasn't confimed that a "right to privacy" is a constitutional "right".

Could it possibly be because... um... is isn't true?
