Sadly you might be more surprised to learn that he has been using his humor in many antisemitic and revisionist statements… one of these being that the concentration camps and gas chambers were only a "detail in the history of WWII". He has been once condemned by the french justice for this but again Mr Le Pen repeated it at a public meeting in Germany last year for the release of a book of his ex-nazy friend Franz Schoenhuber.
