You're right. They're not scams.

Half of the callers are Democrats and the other half are Democrats pretending to be Republicans.

What's a scam is CSPIN allowing crazy people to get on the airwaves and spew pure madness.

If they can't get callers with a smattering of brain cells they ought to cut back on the call in time and have some good guests on to explain various issues that affect the public at this time.
