This is still open.

I was going to ask him if it is proper for a man who killed someone with his car due to negligence to be a U.S. Senator. But, I am at work and don't want to be associated with his site from here. Maybe tonight.

I thought maybe a few night owls would be interested in this.

What Would You Ask Samuel Alito?
President Bush's nominee already knows the answers to questions the White House coaches and handlers anticipated, but he hasn't heard from you -- yet.

As he makes his case to serve on the nation's Supreme Court, what is the most important question you think Samuel Alito should answer?

What, has Teddy run out of questions?

I think we should all send our questions for the senator there. Including his association with a certain OWL club at Harvard.

Thanks for the heads up. Here is the question I sent:

Do you find it ironic that a man who got kicked out of Harvard for cheating, and then later left a woman to drown in four feet of water yet didn't report it until much later would have the effrontery to lecture you on ethics?
