To Coburn on C-span this morning said that he thinks that Alito might get one or
two Dem votes in committee....When asked by the startled host WHO?..he
mentioned Feingold.saying he was a "very independent thinker.." I think that
Coburn was having fun at Feingold's expense....but I'll ask the question..anyone
think that Alito gets a Dem vote here..I thik 3 voted for Roberts....Kohl,
Feingold, and one other..

will be interesting to see how the senators from nj vote when the nomination gets to the floor...
