Game over, man. These judges ice it. This testimony should make it clear to anyone that an attempt to fillibuster this nomination is nothing more than blatent political obstrutionism. Dems have gained absolutely no cover to justify trying to fillibuster this man.
Well, she is "The Donald"'s sister.
When Kennedy bought property a block from the from the Capitol building, he got longtime friend and ally Washington Mayor Marion Berry to waive the minority bid construction clause.
He's not nearly as inactive about his investments as he'd leave you to believe.

For all his brilliance, John Roberts did not have this cadre of judges not only volunteering for the first time in history to recommend him but they are offering up the highest praise.
