Snowe met with him and was "satisfied." This was back in November or December - I doubt the hearings affect her first impression.

Alito is doing fine. Ohhhh - Judge Napolitano's name makes its way into the hearings! Funny way the world works these days. NExt thing you know, Carville will be invoked by the DEMs ;-)
