Not to be a broken record, but if you're not reading Ed Whelan, Jon Adler, Wendy Long, Ramesh Ponnuru, and more in Bench Memos, you are not properly watching the hearings. And news on the Rusher papers is over there too--permission has been granted to the committee for access. Perhaps Ted Kennedy will have to try to push Vanguard again.
