I think she might have eaten some moldy mulch in my azalea bedI may be mistaken, but I believe azalea itself is poisonous to dogs.

yes azaleas are poison but the liver test indicated an aflatoxin, which means mold. I guess if the azaleas were moldy it would be a double whammy.

You are dead on target. Azaleas are poisonous and can cause gasrointestinal upset and cardic dysfunction.
