Thanks for posting the list of the bad food.

I checked the food I feed to my hounds, its not on the list.

I think I'll call my brother who is vacationing out of state and notify him of the recalls. ( He owns one of the largest pet food stores in the area, and likely know about this, but I'll make sure).

Got my first case of this today. I have been looking for it and found out a little feed store across town sells the stuff.

The Dread Boston Salty gets only Purina One and Iams. Neither of those are implicated, correct?

I noticed Texas is not on the list. I've never heard of that brand, so it must not be available here.

Texas is not on the list because the recalled foods were from a Diamond plant out east--Gaston, SC. There will be a capital 'G' in the code on the bag. ONLY the listed products from the Gaston facility have been recalled and not 'all' products from that plant.

The most usual place to find 'Diamond' branded foods is at farm supply/ feed & seed stores. Don't know about the other labels.
