I'm listening to this by radio. When Alito was responding to "not filling vaccumes in the law", all I hear is background coughing and stomping and I'm assuming the Dem's are doing it. Is anyone watching observing this?

When FNC showed the view from behind Alito, it looked liked Leahy was the rude one coughing. Leaky is a hack, after all.
