The Constitution says the things which are not enumerated in it, are reserved for the states and for the people. Abortion therefore is something to be determined by the states. Leave it to a Brit to remind of our absolute founding principles. Thanks, Ivan. (I have an Ivan, we call him Vanya)
Indiana state representative has a bill in the hopper to outlaw abortion save for the life of the mother in his state.
This is what it will take. Get it passed. Get it struck down, appeal. Take it to SCOTUS.

It does mean throwing out
stare decis, which is a stupid principle - it means what is wrong in the past must remain wrong in the future, lest precedent be disturbed.
There is only one absolute document - the Constitution. If there are decisions which stray from it, a corrective must be applied.
Regards, Ivan
