In this case it means "Roe V Wade is the law of the land", due to an iffy SC decision. It also somehow attributes it to the Constitution although it's not even close to being in there.

The Constitution says the things which are not enumerated in it, are reserved for the states and for the people. Abortion therefore is something to be determined by the states.
Why I can see this across the Atlantic and a bunch of Democrat Senators can't is something of a mystery to me.
