Dang. I like this. Out of the 38 so called "Roe used as precedent" cases, only a few really are useful as upholding Roe.

I've found similar when digging into the cites used by appellate courts to justify their arguments - more often that one might think, the court misrepresents the gravamen of the case they are citing.

That list of 38 cases must have been kicking around for awhile because there is no way a rebuttal to the list could be prepared in a matter of 8 or 10 hours.

Roe v. Wade could be overturned .. if the right case was presented to the Court

IMO .. I think some law makers don't word their bills properly and that is why many get knocked down
