Thank you - and of course I like reasoned agreement - I like reasoned disagreement too ;-). I didn't like the quick comment from Alito that privacy is found partly in the 14th, and some of his answers (can't really put a finger on it) lacked punch. Most of his answers knock the question out of the park. I like Alito the nominee better than Roberts the nominee. Time will show me if my intuition was misplaced.
I had lunch at school with my granddaughter...so I haven't gotten to hear all of it...but, he seems (when he gets a chance to talk)...very prepared...and patient.
