Do you know something? In a free society and employer should have the right not to hire somebody if he plain old doesn't like the person. Liberals are always trying to blur the lines between racism and a human beings right not to like some one for what ever reason.

Employers do have that right. As long as they don't discriminate in any of the Federally protected categories, i.e., race, sex, age, religion, etc., they can decide not to hire somebody for any reason or for no reason.
