...indeed not! But sin is sin, and homosexuality is by definition of sin no worse or better than any other transgression (the matter of sin being pretty black or white with Our Heavenly Father). Therefore, IMHO that stoning to death a homosexual would indeed be pretty draconian. After all, would you also stone to death someone who did not keep the Sabbath Holy, dishonored his father or mother, or coveted his neighbor's possessions?
...indeed not! There are gradations and levels of sin in Mosaic Law, and convicting a person of a capital crime is extremely difficult.
Committing a homosexual act, or adulatery or bestiality, unless performed in public in front of witnesses, is not likely to result in a conviction. Eating a non-kosher animal is not punishable by death.
