court judge to MAKE law. He didn't hear a word that Hatch said about the ROLE of judges vs the ROLE of Congress.
Durbin is such a piece of work. He is saying such loathesome stuff that I can't even think of a good comment.

I think that Durbin tries SO HARD to be "cute" in his speeches...that he does end up saying STOOPID things...
Just like a few minutes ago...he talked about how many times that SDO'Connor was the "swing" vote...and how they want reassurance that HE will also be that swing vote!!!
