Okay here we go.. Sen Sessions for the fist time in the confirmation hearings has used the term SUPER DUPER.... I knew this was coming.. watch out for Sen Specter (and others) to suggest that Roe should be granted some sort of special standing in Judicial Precedent.. and attempt to the define precedent as being "SUPER" "SUPER DUPER" or "SUPER DUPER DUPER"

Is this what the judicial process has been reduced to?

I've never understood Specter's using that phrase. It sounds too stupid for my eleven-year-old brother's vocabulary.

Well you can fuss about Sessions' language all you want - didn't hear it. But I'll take my Senator Sessions over your Senators any day of the week. :-)
