Senator Biden neglects that the "one democratic moment" occurred on November 2, 2004. President Bush won 51% to 48% the right to appoint justices to the Supreme Court. There are 55 Republican Senators and a pro-life Republican President. The Supreme Court is going to move to the right, whether the left likes it or not.

However, since the Third Circuit Court meets in Philadelphia, I'm sure Judge Alito has pumped his own gas in Pennsylvania.
(OTOH, NJ still has better gas prices than PA, even without self-serve. So maybe he waits to get gas until he gets back into 'Jersey.)
It's actually illegal to pump your own gas in New Jersey. Biden would no doubt blame GWB for that!
