I love this one.

In his opening comments, Chairman Specter firmly stated his expectation that, absent "something extraordinary," the committee vote on Alito will take place next Tuesday, January 17. That timing will enable a full Senate vote on confirmation on the long-planned date of January 20.

LOL January 20th, that will hurt the Dem's.

There is no reason to delay, and January 20th is perfect.
