No discussion. Schumer (IIRC) brought it up as an example of extremism, as one of many cases where Alito was "extreme in dissent." Alito can answer that one when he gets the opportunity. Today's stuff was nothing but opening statements, with no back and forth for rebuttal and counter-argument.
