There has been much hoopla about Murtha's Marine service. Maybe it's all true , but it would sure be interesting to see his file. All I can find is 10% of it active duty, one year of it in Vietnam with docrations. There's a mention of Captain Murtha taking over the 314th Special Infantry Company but nothing beyond that.
Most of his Marine career is a black hole...
