I'd haven't read the whole bill but it has passed both the house and senate. Not sure if their is an exclusion on living people but I haven't been able to find it if their is.
This needs to be stopped.
NOrmally, you have to be dead to be on a coin. Is there an exception to that rule for these coins????
you've always had to be dead before you could be on any kind of money before. coins, bonds, bills and stamps.
which should mean both spouses would have to be dead.
