Well, this morning my wife's bag of waters began to leak, so it looks like we'll be in labor soon! Please pray for Mrs. HH, baby, and me.

Remember to get the owner's manual from the hospital (and keep the receipt).
Congrats.

Nuthin to it. I've got 4 kids (all grown now). My wife went into labor so fast that I actually delivered 3 of my 4 kids. I even cut the cord and dealt with the afterbirth. I'm listed on the birth certs as the father and the delivering physician.
Trust me, the little thing will just pop out like a bar of soap.
Your milage may vary.

Uh, OK. How about just wishing them well and forgetting the lapse in grammar? Fathers don't go into labor, but it's a stressful time for them, too.
Be a little generous, OK?

When my wife was in labor with our first child it was the middle of the day.
The labor lasted quite a while, so I ate her lunch.
Baby was born, cleaned up and placed in my wife's arms who then asked, "So, what happened to my lunch?"
