Yes, but let's also remember that when Texas was down 31-26, Young threw a completion and USC forced the immediate fumble. The stupid and senile officals watched the replay and called it INCOMLETE. The single worst call in the NCAA all year! It was an obvious catch and fumble. No question whatsoever. Also, earlier, Young's knee was clearly down before tossing it for a TD. They didn't even bother to review it. Horrible officiating.

No it wasn't.

That call is an incomplete pass because there was a lack of a "football move". That's an Incomplete pass in the NFL and NCAA

Wrong. It was incomplete because there was no "football move." You have to take a step in order for a pass to be complete.
