Even hitting their website feeds the beast of CBS. It's somebodies job to read / forward / ignore the e-mail. Don't feed The Beast.
Ignoring them is the best thing to do.
I'm actually going to send O'Reilly an e-mail telling him to keep it up and expose the rest of these jerks in '06.
I haven't seen Letterman in ages---it was lame, Letterman exposed himself as an a$$, and just mailed in the rest of the program.
I shan't be watching him again.
Now, Craig Ferguson, OTOH, is pretty good...

Letterman proved tonight he is really the DOPE I always thought he was! And much of Letterman's audience was filled with dopes, too. Bravo to the few who had the guts to applaud O'Reilly's sensible comments and EXAMPLES of FACTS that he provided to stupid Dave.
I've been in Letterman's audience three times in the past. If I were there tonight, I would have yelled out something like "Letterman, you're an idiot!". I wouldn't care if I was kicked out of the Sullivan theatre (which I'm sure I would be). The Late Show people only want audience members who LOVE or APPEAR to love David Letterman. The show is taped at 5:30pm ET... I'm sure any "outburst" would be edited out for the 11:35pm showing.

When Bill asked Dave how he thinks the parents of other dead soldiers feel when sheehan calls insurgents freedom fighters and he couldn't even answer!BRAVO to Bill O'Reilly for that comment. He gave the stupid audience (except for a few brave souls) something to think about. Bet it made their little heads hurt! ;-)

I've heard good things about Craig Ferguson from other FReepers. Is he conservative... or "sort of" conservative?

Please email that to the Late Show.

Letterman voiced direct support of Sheehan? Wow. Definitely. Letterman was absolutely incredulous that O'Reilly even dared to criticize Sheehan. And he wasn't kidding around... Transcript of show

I've only seen him a few times and I haven't detected anything overt, but he is funny--which is the most important thing. I like a good Bush joke, if it's funny.

Maybe Dave can have another Massive Heart Attack and we won't have to worry about him anymore.

Dave looked like a used douche. He admits he doesn't watch the show, but says "it's 60% crap." But When Bill calls him on this, Dave admits he "has read stuff" about Fox that gives him such a negative opinion of the show. (and looks like an ass in the process.) Then O'Reilly comes back and askes if he should believe everything "he reads" about Letterman. (Dave looks like a bigger ass in the process) Dave mutters some cheap shot about Cindy Sheehan, and looks...exposed.LOL... TYPICAL liberal, as we FReepers all recognize. ;-)

Wow--Ferguson was great the first half hour

I agree... I like a good political joke as much as the next guy
no matter who it pokes fun at. Generally, dont the big late night comedians usually stick to making fun of everyone?
And Im not the biggest fan of Bill BUT
To David Letterman. You have lost touch. It's sad, because I used to like you. I grew up with you. Your irrational, uninformed jabs at US policy and blind one sided attacks at our President and our country have pushed me away. Bush, Clinton, UK, Putin... everyone had the same intelligence. The bottom line is, it was Saddam's burden to prove he had disarmed... he did not prove it!
The intelligence issue is moot. We wouldnt have needed intelligence at all if Saddam had abided by UN resolutions!!!!!
Goodbye Dave... Hello Jay and Conan!

Pacific time zone alert... Don't miss this priceless appearance by Bill O'Reilly (whether you're a fan of his or not) and left-wing idiot David Letterman.
Transcript here, if you'd like a preview of the show (11:30pm PT).

Well, I wouldn't go that far. Then again, I won't tell you what I was thinking during tonight's show either (ahem). Anyway, Letterman's idiotic and clueless comments definitely raised MY blood pressure.

Remember... that was a New York audience but much of his support that keeps him competitive in the late night ratings race are conservative moms and dads that want their kids to be raised in a safe country... I guarantee they are not impressed tonight!
