Long Valley Caldera is a hot spot that runs east of the Sierras IIRC. It is the one that runs beneath Mammoth and is a volcanic area for sure. A big earthquake is expected there almost as big as the San Andreas.
I have a feeling that they are constantly working on their attack, this could be brought up again for the message.

I think that you are correct, I think that I saw the warning for Bali in one of my news headlines, or on the list that I just posted, haven't had time to read it yet.
