Major Terror Plot Against U.S. Ignored

The mainstream U.S. media outlets have failed to report a major terrorist plot against the U.S. - because it would tend to support President Bush's use of NSA domestic surveillance, according to media watchdog groups.
News of a planned attack masterminded by three Algerians operating out of Italy was widely reported outside the U.S., but went virtually unreported in the American media.
Italian authorities recently announced that they had used wiretaps to uncover the conspiracy to conduct a series of major attacks inside the U.S.
Italian Interior Minister Giuseppe Pisanu said the planned attacks would have targeted stadiums, ships and railway stations, and the terrorists' goal, he said, was to exceed the devastation caused by 9/11.
Italian authorities stepped up their internal surveillance programs after July's terrorist bombings in London. Their domestic wiretaps picked up phone conversations by Algerian Yamine Bouhrama that discussed terrorist attacks in Italy and abroad.
Italian authorities arrested Bouhrama on November 15 and he remains in prison. Authorities later arrested two other men, Achour Rabah and Tartaq Sami, who are believed to be Bouhrama’s chief aides in planning the attacks.

I grew up in a time where pranks were pranks and that was that. Yester years pranks are today’s terrorism. Terrorism was incomprehensible here in the good 'ol USA back then.
Times have changed since then and the enemy thinks differently than we. Talking about road trips of starting fires and poisoning water supplies. Exploding a propane tank in the subway or on a bus or behind the court house or whatever was unheard of and would have got ya, well, lets not go there. Citizens must, can and do stop that foolisness. We all must be dilligent. It is our Duty as Americans!
Nationwide chaos is elementary of the simplest form in the mind of a terrorist. If they could pull it off they would. Our enemy’s have planned out extravagant plots to destroy us and our way of life. And they intend to follow through just like 9/11.
They have planned and plotted for years how to end our way of life. Unimaginable to those of us that don’t make our occupation out of terrorism and terrorizing. I have quit an imagination myself but not, like our enemy, a full time imagination dedicated to destroying "Amerikkka".
The liberals have little to do with it other than being annoying. The schematic is much more grandiose.
OK enough blather! I'll come right out and say it.
Killing Americans is what our enemy wants to do. Plain and simple. We must, as a nation, know from every angle, direction and possible technique from everyone’s imagination and point of view how we can be harmed. Spare no expense to protect your fellow American because our enemy is sparing no expense to harm us.
Post everything relevant to terrorism here and TM.

Cut is just like copy, only, instead of leaving the thing where it was, and putting a copy of it somewhere else TOO, it takes the thing away from where it had been and puts it into a new location.

I think (the liberals) they think that we (the west) are just smarter than the terrorists. I think we obviously have a superior culture as far as achievement goes, but for cunning and bloodlust we may not be in the same league.

The cause of the fire was under investigation, fire officials said Friday evening. However, it appeared that the fire started on the roof where workers were making repairs.
"The roof was being worked on and the fire began on the roof," said Fire Department spokesman Larry Langford. "That's what we know." The roof was being worked on Friday before the fire started, fire officials said.
